LIMITED WARRANTY

Sportz Tents are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturer defects and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date.   Sportz Air Mattresses are warranted for thirty (30) days.  The limited warranty is subjected to the conditions listed below.

If you are missing parts, do not return the tent to the store.  Please contact Napier Enterprises for replacement parts. Contact Us
 
Should a Sportz product be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material during the specified warranty period Napier Enterprises will replace or repair all necessary parts, without charge for parts or labor. Replacement parts may be new or re-built at Napier Enterprises sole discretion. Replacement parts are free of charge within the one-year warranty period.

 

Manufacturers defect does not pertain to normal wear and tear, torn fabric from sharp objects, natural hazard damage (weather, animals, UV damage), seam leakage from needle holes, abuse, alteration or excessive use. 


Napier Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any warranty, which it feels is not a manufacturer defect.

 


VALID WARRANTY

In order for the warranty to be valid, you must:

1)     Mail or email your Warranty Card to Napier Enterprises within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase;

2)     Have your proof of purchase (receipt from the place of purchase) to prove the date of purchase.

 
SHIPPING:

Within the first 90 days of the warranty period for Sportz Tents standard shipping for replacement parts will be free.  After 90 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacement parts.

 

Napier Enterprises' warranty policy is to ship part(s) UPS Ground in the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and parcel post in Canada for international shipping. Should you require the part sooner, you are fully responsible for expedited shipping costs.

 

 

TO ORDER REPLACEMENT PARTS

 

1.      Have your proof of purchase available (receipt from place of purchase or packing slip). 

2.      Figure out which tent model and production date.  You can find this information on the back of the warning label located on the carrying bag (you may have to submit a photo).

3.      Figure out which part you require for replacement (i.e. pole color and length).

4.      Take a photo of the defect.  If the issue is related to a broken pole, you do not have to send a photo.

5.      Contact Us.  Email all above information along with contact information (name, full
address, telephone number) to customerservice@napierenterprises.com or call 800-567-2434 or 905-935-0427 to order replacement parts.

 

Standard processing time is 1 week in addition to 5-10 days for shipping (UPS Ground), if items are in stock.  If item(s) are not in stock, it may take up to 8 weeks.

 

AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD

If your tent has been damaged due to excessive use, or is older than the one-year warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts from Napier Enterprises. Replacement parts and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility after the one-year warranty expires.   For replacement part pricing, click here.
